Reporting to the Head of ICT Delivery, you'll help shape and manage Sunwater's technology portfolio, leading the delivery of projects and programs that improve how our people work, how our assets are managed and how we serve our customers. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and practical delivery leadership in a role that has visibility across the entire organisation.

As ICT Delivery Manager at Sunwater, you will:

- Support the planning, prioritisation and governance of Sunwater's technology portfolio to ensure investments align with business priorities and strategic objectives.

- Lead the successful delivery of technology projects and programs, ensuring agreed outcomes, benefits, budgets, timelines and quality standards are achieved.

- Manage delivery partners and vendors, ensuring contractual obligations and performance expectations are met.

- Develop and continuously improve delivery frameworks, methodologies and practices that support consistent project execution.

- Lead demand management, resource planning and workforce capability activities across the delivery portfolio.

- Provide leadership, coaching and support to ICT Delivery team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Oversee portfolio financial management, including forecasting, budget oversight and benefits realisation reporting.

- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, project sponsors and delivery partners, contributing to governance and decision-making forums.

About you:

You're an experienced delivery professional who knows how to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders and bring people together to achieve results.

You'll bring:

- 10+ years' experience delivering and managing multiple IT projects and programs within a portfolio environment.

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or significant equivalent experience.

- Project Management certification.

- Strong experience across project, program and portfolio management methodologies and practices.

- Proven leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams and managing delivery partners.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, governance and financial management skills.
