Settling for just any role isn't you, and it isn't us either. Being Unstoppable Together calls for a particular kind of person and teams who genuinely care about making a difference. Here, you'll channel your professional expertise, talent, and drive into building and managing a portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you'll help shape the future of tissue and hygiene for billions of people worldwide.

About You

In this professional legal role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

As the Supply Chan Counsel, you’ll provide practical, commercially focused support to our Supply Chain and Procurement organizations. You’ll advise on day-to-day operational matters while helping build legal capability in contracting, risk management and compliance across an international footprint.

Working with business stakeholders, regional and global legal teams, and external partners (external stakeholders, vendors and suppliers), you will:

- Provide legal advice on supply chain and procurement matters affecting operations globally

- Draft, review and negotiate agreements covering manufacturing, tolling, raw materials, packaging, logistics, warehousing, distribution, engineering, maintenance, services and technology

- Assess contractual risks, identify emerging issues and escalate material risks appropriately

- Support plant operations, capacity changes, supplier transitions, business continuity planning and transformation projects

- Help implement legal and compliance initiatives relating to areas such as competition law, anti-corruption, sustainability and supplier data protection

- Develop templates, playbooks and training materials while supporting improvements in the speed, cost and consistency of legal services

The position offers exposure to multi-jurisdictional supply chain matters across developed and emerging markets. You’ll initially work under supervision, with increasing autonomy and while developing expertise in supply chain, procurement and manufacturing-related legal issues.

You will report directly to the General Counsel Transformation and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

Location: Clapham Junction, London (SW11 1PN) – 3 days a week onsite. We can offer a hybrid model for candidates already based in the UK.

- Experience gained within an international organization and/or a reputable law firm

- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging directly with business stakeholders

- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization
