Staffing Coordinator - Part-time Day

Under the supervision of the Director and direction of the Nursing Supervisor of Staffing and Bed Placement, the Staffing Coordinator works independently to coordinate and organize the entire staffing and scheduling process, decedent affairs, KRONOS and outside agency's regulatory requirements. The Staffing Coordinator is an individual with demonstrated competency in prioritizing and coordinating several different tasks at once, to effectively sustain an efficient department. Using experience this person will function independently as a key liaison between nursing personnel, members of the medical staff and the health centers Administration to disseminate pertinent and applicable information to ensure smooth patient flow and adequate staffing. Prepares, sends and maintains follow through on all schedule information and development of daily unit productivity reports while maintaining excellence interdepartmental and public relations.
