ABOUT THE ROLE
A Stockholm-based AI software startup is seeking a Technical Chief of Staff to work closely with its founders. You will bring technical judgment and cross-functional execution to product, go-to-market, and operations as the team grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with founders on initiatives spanning product, go-to-market, and operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional work to align priorities and move execution forward.
- Turn strategic goals into concrete plans and track delivery against deadlines.
- Provide technical context and project-level insights to support founder decisions.
- Lead high-impact projects from planning through completion, adapting as priorities change.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Recent graduate or soon to graduate, with strong computer science fundamentals from formal training or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience translating strategy into plans and delivering cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work closely with founders and teams.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, demanding startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Interest in branding, design, or social channels is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual salary of $55,000 to $80,000, plus equity options of 0.15% to 0.50%. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden.
