We are actively recruiting for compassionate Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting service users at Waterside Court Extra Care Scheme.
Location: Loughborough
Pay Rate:Â ÂŁ12.71 per hour
Shifts available:Â Range of shifts available

What you’ll do
Every day as a Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing.
You’ll:
- Support residents to remain independent within their Extra Care apartments
- Offer companionship and reassurance
- Provide a reassuring presence and build meaningful, day-to-day connections
- Assist with medication, mobility, and mealtime support
- Â Work closely with an on-site, dedicated care team, ensuring continuity and quality of care
- Â Deliver personal care with dignity, respect, and sensitivity
- Â Respond promptly to care calls or emergency alarms within the scheme
- Encourage social engagement and participation in on-site activities and community life
