Hilton Resorts Corporation is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk for our Vail Streamside location. This part‑time role covers the Saturday and Sunday shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, offering a competitive hourly rate of $21‑$22. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while delivering the high‑quality service Hilton is known for.

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns and coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a tidy and organized lobby and front desk area
- Communicate special requests and guest preferences to housekeeping and maintenance
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Adhere to all Hilton brand standards and safety protocols
- Ability to work weekends and evening hours (3 PM‑11 PM) consistently
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer‑service oriented with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
