Digital Brand Designer

feedbackfruits · Amsterdam · hybrid

Hi, I'm Rosa https://www.linkedin.com/in/rosa-mauleon/, Head of Brand at FeedbackFruits. 👋

As FeedbackFruits evolves, so does the role of design in how we build and communicate our brand. Campaigns and marketing materials will always be part of the picture, but we're putting a much bigger focus on our website and digital experiences, and on building the brand systems and workflows that help us do better work, more consistently.

That's why I'm looking for someone who can bring together strong visual design, digital thinking and a sense of ownership. Someone who can help shape where our brand goes next, improve how people experience us online, and build the foundations that enable the whole team to work smarter.

The first project you'd pick up with me is the one I'm most looking forward to. We're ready to evolve the brand so it sits closer to the new visual language of our product, and I've deliberately waited for this role before starting it. After that it's our website and digital brand experience, which you'd help shape with me rather than inherit finished, plus the campaigns and launches that put it all in front of people.

What I need alongside the craft is someone who takes real ownership of their work. Someone who asks the right questions before jumping into a brief, pays attention to the details, and isn't afraid to challenge the obvious solution or bring a bold idea to the table. I want someone who looks beyond the task at hand, spots when something isn't working, and takes the initiative to make it better. We use AI a lot here, and I'd love you to bring that same mindset to how we work. Look for ways to automate repetitive tasks, build useful templates and systems, and make it easier for the rest of the team to create good work without starting from scratch every time. The goal isn't just to get things done faster, but to make the work and the way we do it better.

There's room to shape this role and the brand itself. You'd help define where our digital brand goes next, influence how we work as a team, and have a real say in what we build. As the team grows, there's an opportunity for you to grow with it.

What you'll do:

- Design and evolve our website, landing pages and campaign experiences, from the thinking behind a page through to responsive designs and prototypes in Figma

- Help evolve our brand and visual language so it works across web, product and marketing

- Improve UX and UI across key website journeys, design with conversion in mind, and support experimentation

- Develop visual concepts and hero assets for campaigns and product launches, and carry them through to ads, social, ebooks, reports, presentations and event materials

- Build reusable templates, components and workflows so the team can move faster without losing consistency

- Bring structure to how design work gets requested, briefed, reviewed, handed off and approved

- Find the repetitive work that AI or automation can take over, and build assets colleagues can use themselves

- Brief and work with external specialists when a project needs development, motion, video or illustration

What you bring:

- You bring ownership to your projects. You take a brief, ask what it's for, and carry it to the finish without needing to be chased

- Your portfolio shows website, landing page and campaign design for tech/B2B brands, in house or agency. That matters more to me than the number of years behind it, though around 4+ years across digital, brand, web and marketing is roughly where this role is levelled at

- You're advanced in Figma, strong on UX/UI fundamentals and responsive design, and comfortable handing work to developers

- You think in systems. You notice when something is being made for the third time and turn it into a template

- You bring structure to loose or ambiguous briefs, and you're comfortable improving something that already exists rather than starting from a blank page

- You have high standards for craft and consistency, and you also know when something is good enough to ship

- You either illustrate, or your portfolio shows strong product visualization and composition

What you get:

- 25 paid holidays per year

- Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite)

- A day off for your birthday

- Advantageous pension scheme

- 3 days of volunteering leave per year

- €550 Learning & Development budget per year + 3 days paid leave for learning

- Travel allowance and Swapfiets subscription

- Free access to our office gym

- Unlimited access to mental health support via OpenUp (EU, US, and AUS)
