In Belgium, our 300 employees across 120 hearing care centres improve patients’ quality of life with solutions tailored to their needs. Belgium and France operate as one cluster with one Supply Chain team covering the 2 countries, giving you exposure to two markets from day one.

Your Missions?

Recognised by the “Happy Trainees” label, we are committed to offering you missions that will truly develop your skills and employability.

As part of the France-Belgium Supply Chain Operations team, you will split your time between day-to-day supply chain operations for our network of hearing care centres and transformation projects that improve how we work. Our products are medical devices, often ordered for a specific patient, so availability, reliability and traceability are at the heart of everything we do.

Project Management

- Lead or co-lead Supply Chain projects from scoping to roll-out: define objectives, plan milestones, coordinate stakeholders and track progress.

- Organise and run project meetings, prepare clear status updates and presentations for management.

- Work with shops, Sales, Finance, IT, suppliers and international teams to deliver process and tool improvements.

- Monitor project risks and dependencies and propose corrective actions.

- Support the roll-out of new processes and tools in the shops, including user documentation and training.

Supply Chain Operations

- Monitor orders to suppliers and deliveries to shops, and follow-up on delays and shortages

- Handle requests from shops on supply chain and logistic topics (orders, stock, returns, repairs)

- Follow returns and after-sales flows with manufacturers to make sure credit notes are processed

- Analyse the root causes of recurring issues and propose concrete improvement actions

Performance & Reporting

- Track and analyse key supply chain KPIs (service level, lead times, stock availability, returns) and share actionable insights.

- Automate existing reports and make them more reliable (moving from Excel to Power Query / Power BI) to reduce manual work.

Continuous Improvement

- Document processes and operating procedures, so they are clear, shared and applied consistently across centres.

- Take part in high-impact business projects aligned with the year’s priorities.

Your profile?

- You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student (business school, engineering school or university), ideally specialising in supply chain, logistics or project management, and looking for an internship in an international environment.

- You have a first experience in project management or operations (internship, student association, academic project), and you enjoy both organising projects and solving concrete day-to-day issues.

- You have strong Excel skills and are comfortable with Power Query and Power BI, or eager to learn them.

- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented, you communicate clearly and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

- You are fluent in English. French & Dutch are strong assets.

- You're available fulltime for a minimum period of 4 months (ideally 6 months)
