Senior Talent Partner, Go To Market (US & UK)

Tracksuit · New York, United States · hybrid

USD 130,000 to 175,000 per year

Tracksuit exists to help marketers prove their brand building is working. We give teams the data they need to make smarter decisions, convince stakeholders, defend budgets, and track their progress. The brand tracking industry is dominated by 100-page reports, static data and big price-tags. We're doing things differently by being built for the modern marketer: always-on, accessible, and approachable.

We're now tracking more than 1,000 brands across 25 countries globally. With offices in Auckland, Sydney, London and New York City, we're scaling fast with a brilliant team of collaborative and ambitious humans. Our culture is defined by "high care, high performance". We strive to be the best and look after each other while we do it.

THE ROLE

We're hiring a Senior Talent Partner to lead go-to-market recruiting across the US and UK. You'll report to our Chief People Officer and be a trusted partner to our Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer leaders. You'll be our senior Talent presence on the ground in the northern hemisphere, working in partnership with our global Talent Lead.

You'll own hiring delivery for the region, from intake through to signed offer. Our Talent Lead sets how we recruit globally: our process, standards, tools and data. When a problem is fuzzy, you'll define it, weigh the trade-offs and make the call. You'll bring the US and UK market expertise that shapes those standards, and work with the wider Talent and People team to deliver our people strategy. Your focus will be delivery, because there's a lot of hiring to do. Over time, you'll also help shape the people function of the future. Our People team works as one flexible team where everyone has a hand in making things better, with AI at the heart of it. It's already making a difference, and you'll help take it further.

One day you're headhunting a senior sales leader. The next you're helping a VP rethink their interview plan, or testing a new way to automate the admin that slows everyone down.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

LEAD GTM HIRING

- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the US and UK, from intake and sourcing through to interviews, closing and offers, at every level including leadership.

- Advise hiring managers and executives on what they need, and challenge them with data when scope, bar or timelines need a rethink.

- Bring market insight to hiring plans for the region, working with our Talent Lead and GTM leaders, so we're hiring ahead of need, not behind it.

- Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and deep relationships in the New York, US and UK go-to-market communities.

- Run structured, fair processes and build diverse shortlists that give everyone a real shot.

- Make sure every candidate has a warm, clear and respectful experience, including the ones who don't get the role.

WORK AI FIRST

- Use AI every day to source, draft and cut the admin that gets between you and people.

- Use Ashby and our funnel data so hiring decisions are informed, not guessed.

- Try new tools and workflows, keep what works, and share it with the team.

BRING THE LOCAL EXPERTISE

- Work with our Talent Lead on global recruiting ways of working, adapting them for the US and UK so candidates and hiring managers get a consistently great experience.

- Bring US and UK market insight on talent pools, pay expectations and employment norms to inform our approach and salary bands.

- Grow our employer brand in New York with our Talent Lead, People and Marketing teams, through events, community and social.

- Spot what's clunky and help fix it with the Talent team. That's the Tracksuit way.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

We'll measure time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire (how people are tracking at six months) and how confident hiring managers feel in the process. We'll look at these together, openly, and use them to decide where to focus.

THE OPPORTUNITY AND THE STRETCH

- Make your mark. You'll help shape how we hire in the US and UK, bringing local know-how to a global team.

- Shape a growing business. The people you bring in will build our northern hemisphere GTM teams.

- High volume, high stakes. We're growing quickly, so there are often lots of roles open at once. You'll balance priorities and make good calls with the information you have, without letting candidate experience slip.

- Two markets. The US and UK each have their own talent pools and ways of hiring, and you'll navigate both.

- A global team. Most of the Talent team is in Auckland and Sydney. Now and then you'll finish a little later to catch them, and they'll flex for you too. That's part of being a global team.

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU

- Build relationships naturally and care about people's experience, whether they're a candidate or a hiring manager.

- Treat every candidate with respect, knowing most of them won't get the role.

- Are organized and detail-oriented, and bring structure without bureaucracy.

- See a broken process and fix it, rather than wait to be asked.

- Are happy to get stuck in, from closing a senior hire to reworking a template.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A track record running a busy GTM recruiting portfolio end to end in SaaS, tech or a high-growth company, covering Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer roles, including senior and leadership hires.

- Results you can show in the numbers: roles closed, time to hire and offers accepted.

- Ownership and judgment. You've been accountable for hiring outcomes. Be ready to walk us through a recent hire where the right call wasn't obvious.

- Deep knowledge of the New York and US GTM talent market. UK recruiting experience is a bonus.

- Strong influencing and communication skills with stakeholders at every level, including executives and teammates across time zones.

- Confidence with ATS and sourcing tools, ideally Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Startup fluency, including how to talk about equity clearly and honestly with candidates.

- Real AI fluency. You already use AI to work smarter and keep finding better ways to do things.

Don't tick every box? If you've got most of the experience and the right attitude, we'd still love to hear from you. Some of our best Trackstars didn't fit a traditional mould.

This role is based in our New York office. You'll need to be legally authorized to work in the US. We're not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
