CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant ) / PCA (Personal Care Assistants) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.

- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and other daily activities according to their service plans.

- Provide companionship, encouragement, and respectful, resident-centered care.

- Observe changes in residents’ conditions and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.

- Document care provided and communicate updates that support resident service plans.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

- Current Virginia CNA certification or completion of applicable PCA training.

- Completion of required training for the position.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Compassion, patience, and an understanding of the aging process.

- Dependability and the ability to work collaboratively with the care team.
