Services Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities:

- • Lead end-to-end client engagements as primary point of contact, from implementation through ongoing success

- • Provide expert consultation on Asana workflows and configurations aligned to client business challenges

- • Facilitate training and change management activities that drive enterprise-wide adoption

- • Manage project delivery with excellence, balance multiple priorities while maintaining scope and budget

- • Identify growth opportunities and proactively introduce solutions that maximize client value

- • Serve as voice of the customer, sharing insights with cross-functional and product teams

Minimum Requirements:

- • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, or equivalent degree

- • 3 years of customer-facing consulting or implementation experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS

- • Expert in Asana and collaborative work management solutions

- • Exceptional communicator who engages effectively with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives

- • Solutions-oriented with strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational change

- • Self-motivated with excellent project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities

- • Customer-centric mindset with genuine passion for driving client success

- • Curious about AI and emerging technologies with willingness to leverage them for enhanced outcomes
