- Support a respectful and comfortable healing environment by assisting patients with essential personal care and the activities of daily living.
- Enhance patient safety and recovery by aiding with the careful movement and positioning of individuals as directed by the clinical team.
- Act as a vital observer for the nursing staff by identifying and reporting changes in a patient's physical, mental, or emotional condition.
- Maintain the integrity of the clinical record by accurately documenting patient observations and care activities in a timely manner.
- Ensure a safe and efficient care environment by keeping patient rooms orderly and maintaining the functionality of medical equipment.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
