ABOUT THE ROLE

This is the first dedicated enablement role on a rapidly growing recruiting delivery team. You will own how talent professionals are onboarded, ramped, and developed, helping the team improve hiring outcomes through clear, repeatable programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design and run end-to-end onboarding that guides new team members from their first day through their first hire and a full book of business.

- Build ongoing development through live training, coaching, playbooks, certifications, and refreshers.

- Partner with senior team members to develop training for recruiting verticals, including AI and machine learning engineering and go-to-market roles.

- Define quality standards for core recruiting motions, including intake calls, role requirements, candidate submissions, and hiring manager communication.

- Turn team knowledge into structured, reusable materials and keep the learning library current and accessible.

- Strengthen team expertise and stakeholder influence through coaching and practical training.

- Track ramp time, quality, and fill-rate metrics, then use the results to improve programs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Four to seven years of experience building enablement or learning and development programs for sales or recruiting teams.

- Experience owning end-to-end programs, ideally in an early-stage or fast-growing organization.

- A background in recruiting, hiring, or HR technology, with the ability to develop fluency in recruiting practices.

- Experience supporting teams of 15 or more individual contributors and developing and tracking metrics such as ramp time and quality.

- Experience enabling a marketplace, sales, or recruiting delivery organization is helpful.

- Familiarity with learning management systems, call review tools, or AI-powered learning systems is helpful.
