- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate housing providers, apartment communities, extended-stay providers, rental vehicle companies, and other field-logistics vendors.
- Source new providers where needed, evaluate service quality and suitability, and partner with Procurement and Legal on agreements, leases, insurance requirements, and contractual review.
- Communicate housing availability, occupancy, transportation arrangements, expirations, and required changes to project teams, field leaders, and affected employees.
- Resolve housing and transportation concerns, including urgent lodging needs, vehicle breakdowns, replacements, accidents, or other service disruptions, with the appropriate internal teams.
- Develop and maintain standardized request processes, checklists, templates, records, and communication tools that support consistent, scalable field logistics across multiple locations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills with the ability to manage housing and transportation needs across multiple project locations.
