Billing Representative Revenue Cycle

- Manage complex patient accounts and submit precise medical claims to accelerate reimbursement and minimize billing errors.
- Investigate and resolve denied or unpaid claims through direct contact with insurance payers to secure proper payment for services.
- Post and reconcile patient payments to maintain accurate, up-to-date account ledgers and ensure financial integrity.
- Resolve patient billing inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to eliminate payment roadblocks and deliver a transparent patient experience.
Key Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of medical billing and claims resolution experience
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
