The Role
We are looking for a Head of Agency Partnerships (US) to build and lead JustWatch TV's agency partnership business in the US.
You'll own our agency investment strategy while personally developing senior relationships and negotiating major commercial agreements with leading media agencies. Your focus will be on securing annual Upfront commitments, long-term trading partnerships and meaningful agency-level investment, rather than selling individual campaigns.
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role for someone who can establish JWTV as a strategic advertising partner for agencies representing brands outside the entertainment industry, while building a scalable partnerships business.
What You Will Do:
- Define and execute JWTV's agency partnership strategy, building senior relationships across major media agency holding companies and independent agencies.
- Personally lead negotiations for major Upfront agreements, joint business plans and long-term agency investment commitments.
- Drive agency-level revenue growth and increase JWTV's share of advertising investment from non-entertainment brands.
- Own agency partnership revenue goals, commercial forecasting and the development of the partnerships function as the business scales
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in agency partnerships, media sales or CTV and digital video advertising, with significant commercial responsibility.
- A strong network of senior agency investment and trading leaders across major media agencies.
- A proven track record of personally negotiating large-scale Upfront agreements and strategic advertising commitments.
- Strong commercial leadership, strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to build a business while remaining hands-on in major negotiations.
