ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a product-focused engineering team building software for construction and field services businesses. You will own full-stack projects that modernize core workforce, finance, and operations workflows, working closely with teammates and customers to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the design and implementation of complex product features from technical planning through launch.
- Build and improve frontend experiences, backend APIs, and modular services.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teammates to shape technical and product decisions.
- Engage with customers to understand their workflows, gather feedback, and inform solutions.
- Document technical approaches and create reusable building blocks that support reliable development.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Four to nine years of software engineering experience, including an established Senior-level role.
- A strong software engineering foundation and experience delivering complex products on high-performing teams.
- Full-stack skills across TypeScript, React, Node.js, and backend API development, with sound infrastructure and service design fundamentals.
- Product-minded approach, clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and a track record of taking ownership from idea to delivery.
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup or a related construction, workforce, or operations technology domain.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $200,000 to $240,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California. The role may also be based on-site in New York City.
