Commercial Residential Product Manager - (Optional Work from Home)

Position Summary:
This senior-level management role will drive the development of a new commercial residential property insurance product line in Florida. The position requires a collaborative leader with deep expertise in product development, underwriting, and market risk modeling and analysis.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement a commercial residential program aligned with the organization’s risk appetite, goals, and objectives to accelerate business growth.
- Create a detailed business plan that aligns to the commercial residential opportunities in the Florida market including opportunities, risk parameters, and underwriting requirements.
- Utilize expertise to develop commercial residential underwriting activities and processes to address all aspects of potential risk.
- Partner with the risk management team to develop guidelines, forms, and procedures regarding risk exposure, application requirements, and other related activities.
- Collaborate and coordinate with leaders across the organization to meet the goals and objectives of the program.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement of the program.
- Assist in setting financial targets, budget development and monitoring.
