Warehouse Supervisor - Sun-Thurs OR Tues-Sat

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse operations while ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This role oversees a team of 5–20 warehouse associates across receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. The Warehouse Supervisor drives operational excellence by balancing team performance, quality standards, and productivity goals while partnering with warehouse leadership to support business objectives, improve processes, and maintain a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations across receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–20 warehouse associates by providing direction, performance feedback, and ongoing support to drive accountability and engagement.

-

Plan and assign daily labor based on operational priorities, workload volume, and staffing needs to maximize efficiency and meet service-level expectations.

Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics; identify trends and implement corrective actions or process improvements as needed.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment and reinforcing safe work practices.

Partner with warehouse leadership to support labor planning, workflow optimization, and execution of departmental and company initiatives.

Oversee inventory accuracy through effective movement and storage of product, cycle counts, and resolution of inventory discrepancies.

Support hiring, onboarding, training, and cross-training of warehouse associates to ensure team capability and operational flexibility.

Lead shift start-up meetings and provide regular communication to the team regarding safety, quality, productivity, and company updates.

Ensure warehouse equipment and tools are operating properly; coordinate reporting and follow-up on maintenance or repair needs.

Build and maintain a positive team environment that promotes accountability, collaboration, and strong employee morale.

Communicate operational performance, staffing concerns, and key safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics to warehouse leadership.

Demonstrate strong decision-making and the ability to independently prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

-

3 years of experience in a warehouse; ecommerce preferred

-

Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills

-

Senior presence with thoughtful, articulate communication style

-

Able to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan.

-

Adept at communicating up and down and at pivoting approach depending on the audience's needs.

-

Experience with picking and packing both direct to consumer and business to business orders.

-

Experience operating within multiple warehouse management systems.

Physical Requirements:

-

Ability to lift 30 pounds repetitively and more than 50 pounds with a two person lift as needed

-

Able to stand/walk up to 10 hours with scheduled breaks

-

Ability to work in an environment that includes climbing stairs, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, and pushing on a frequent basis

Schedule:

We are hiring for either Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday; 1st Shift

- All members of the leadership team are expected to remain open for any shift change as business needs dictate to include overtime availability.
