As a Working Student in Marketing, you are someone who wants to do much more than prepare slides and take meeting notes.
You’ll work directly with our marketing team across events, brand campaigns, customer marketing and special projects. One week, you might help bring a 200-person event to life. The next, you’re coordinating a customer campaign, working on a new brand activation or helping launch something entirely new.
This is a role for someone who is organized, ambitious, creative and exceptionally good at getting things done.
🚀 YOUR DAILY BUSINESS - NO TWO DAYS ARE ALIKE
You’ll support projects across the entire marketing team, including:
- Growth hacking & AI: Work on growth-hacking initiatives and learn how AI tools can support marketing.
- Bring events to life: Help plan and execute conferences, executive dinners, community events and customer experiences - from venue research and invitations to logistics, branding and on-site execution.
- Support brand campaigns: Help turn creative ideas into campaigns across digital, physical and experiential channels.
- Support coordinating marketing projects: Own timelines, suppliers, shipments, merchandise, print materials and all the details that make great marketing actually happen.
- Create content: Support LinkedIn, email, customer communication and campaign content where needed.
- Research & explore: Find interesting partners, venues, formats, creators and new marketing ideas — and help us turn the best ones into reality.
- Jump into high-priority projects: We move fast. When there’s an important launch or opportunity, you’ll be part of making it happen.
🤝 YOUR SKILLSET - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
We care much more about your ambition and how you work than about having the perfect CV. You might be a great fit if you:
- Are currently studying and want to gain real operating experience in a fast-growing startup
- Have a strong sense of ownership - when you take something on, it gets done
- Are extremely organized and pay attention to the details others miss
- Have high standards for how things look and feel
- Enjoy both creative work and execution
- Communicate clearly and confidently with teammates, customers and external partners
- Are comfortable juggling several projects at once
- Learn quickly and don’t need a perfectly defined playbook before getting started
- Are fluent in German and confident working in English
Bonus points if you have already worked in a startup, agency, student initiative, events, social media or another environment where you had to make things happen with limited resources.
