- Serve as the senior sales liaison across internal teams, show operations, property partners, Disney, and other market-specific stakeholders.
- Represent Cirque du Soleil at client meetings, partner reviews, trade shows, industry events, and market visits, and lead special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, Tourism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 8 years of progressive sales experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, attractions, tourism, or travel, including at least 3 years leading people or a multi-market sales function.
- Demonstrated success building outbound sales programs, qualified pipelines, and large books of business while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of group sales, account management, contract negotiation, partner onboarding, commission structures, pricing, inventory, and forecasting.
- Experience developing high-performing teams across multiple markets or channels, supported by strong analytical skills and data-driven action planning.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Working knowledge of ticketing and distribution technology, such as Outbox, NLIVEN, Ticketmaster, API integrations, or comparable systems, strongly preferred.
