Superlanet is seeking an End User Systems Analyst for our healthcare client in Texas. This role will support desktop and end-user technologies across hardware, software, VDI, peripherals, and systems administration. The Analyst will independently troubleshoot complex issues, support projects and system implementations, and serve as a resource to less experienced team members. This is a direct hire, onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan, install, integrate, test, and validate desktop hardware and software solutions.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SSO, patching, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Support desktop and thin client environments, VDI/Citrix, profile management, application/version control, and software licensing.
- Resolve escalated hardware and software issues while coordinating resources through resolution.
- Participate in change, release, incident, capacity, configuration, and architecture management.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, including testing, documentation, backup, and restore processes.
- Participate in technology projects, system evaluations, implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned technologies and provide guidance to other team members.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and contribute to the department knowledge base.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and end-user support.
- Manage multiple assignments while balancing priorities, deadlines, and resources.
- Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to communicate issues, solutions, and project updates.
Required Qualifications
- Technology support experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and desktop systems administration.
- Experience with VDI/Citrix, thin clients, desktops/laptops, printers, scanners, and other end-user peripherals.
- Experience with system design, capacity planning, configuration management, and system lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and support a 24/7 healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A+, MCSA, MCSE, or relevant manufacturer certifications.
- Experience with System Center, antivirus, encryption, backup/restore, and disaster recovery.
- Healthcare IT experience.
- Experience supporting HIPAA-regulated environments.
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert or technical resource for end-user technologies.
