Revenue Enablement Specialist
About The Role
Built Technologies is transforming how capital moves through construction and real estate finance — one of the largest, most complex sectors in the economy. Our platform connects lenders, including many of the top U.S. banks, with the owners, developers, and general contractors they finance. When a draw is approved, a builder can pay subcontractors. When a compliance document clears, a project moves forward. The work we do here is not abstract — it has a direct and material impact on how capital flows and how real estate gets built.
Built's Revenue Enablement team equips our revenue organization with the skills, content, and processes needed to perform at a high level — and the Revenue Enablement Specialist is an independently operating contributor who designs and delivers the training programs and content that make that happen. In this role, you will own enablement projects end-to-end — partnering with sales leadership to diagnose challenges, developing tailored learning solutions, creating compelling content, and measuring impact. You bring growing enablement expertise, strong facilitation skills, and the strategic curiosity to connect your work directly to revenue outcomes.
Our Guiding Principles
- Be Bold. We pursue the biggest problems in our industry, challenge assumptions others take for granted, and take calculated risks to get there. We don't hide behind consensus or committees. Playing it safe is just failing slowly.
- Help Customers Win. We learn our customers' businesses deeply — how they think, how they deploy capital, what keeps them up at night. We treat their capital like our own. We ship leverage, not features. And we measure ourselves by customer results, not our intentions.
- Move with Urgency & Purpose. We bias toward delivery over perfection, remove friction from our own paths, and communicate in real time. Momentum compounds — and we build it every day.
- Own the Outcome. We own outcomes, not just tasks. We hold a high Say:Do ratio and take responsibility from idea through impact. When something breaks, we fix it — we don't wait to be asked.
- Never Satisfied. We raise the bar continuously. We stay curious, hold exacting standards, debate hard, and hold our opinions loosely when the evidence shifts. Excellence is a habit, not an event.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to different revenue roles — Account Executives, SDRs, Account Managers, Client Success Managers — ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and outcome-focused.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and enablement resources; write content that is clear, persuasive, and tightly aligned with Built's messaging and sales process. • Partner with sales leaders to diagnose coaching needs and design targeted enablement interventions — translating what the team needs into programs that produce measurable behavior change.
- Conduct needs analysis and skill assessments to surface gaps, knowledge deficits, and performance opportunities across revenue roles.
- Analyze enablement metrics — training completion, engagement, time-to-productivity, win rates — to measure impact and identify where programs need to improve.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product launches and updated messaging into sales training and collateral that the revenue team can use immediately.
- Work with Revenue Operations to ensure alignment between the sales process, CRM workflows, and enablement content — so the team's tooling and training reinforce each other. • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development, learning design, and enablement analytics across your program portfolio.
What You'll Bring
- 2–4+ years of experience in revenue enablement, training, instructional design, or a related field — with demonstrated ability to own programs end-to-end and produce measurable outcomes. • Skilled facilitation and training delivery — you present to groups with clarity, engage diverse audiences, and adapt your approach based on the room and the objective.
- Strong writing skills — you create compelling, clear content across formats, from training decks and playbooks to quick reference guides and videos.
- An analytical and metrics-driven mindset — you identify trends, measure impact, and use data to continuously improve your enablement programs.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented approach — you work effectively with sales leaders, product teams, and cross-functional partners, building trust through the quality and relevance of your work.
- A solid and growing understanding of the B2B sales process, sales methodology, and the revenue metrics that matter to sales leadership.
What Success Looks Like at Six Months
- Training programs you've designed are producing measurable behavior change — sales leaders are citing enablement as a contributing factor to ramp speed or performance improvement.
- Content you've created is actively used by the revenue team — playbooks, decks, and resources are being pulled and referenced in real sales situations.
- You are managing your enablement programs with meaningful independence — scoping your own work, hitting deadlines, and proactively surfacing issues before they affect delivery. • Enablement metrics you track are showing positive trends — completion rates, engagement scores, and adoption indicators are moving in the right direction.
- Cross-functional partners in Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership seek your input on training and content decisions, trusting your judgment and domain expertise.
AI & Technology Expectations
- Leverage AI tools to enhance the productivity, quality, and speed of your work. • Use AI to support drafting, analysis, summarization, and problem-solving across your role. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort through automation and AI.
- Apply AI to sharpen decision-making and strengthen strategic insights.
- Share effective AI use cases and best practices with your team.
