We’re looking for a Parts Inventory Clerk to help keep our dealership’s Parts Department stocked, accurate, and running smoothly. Your work will help technicians find the right parts, keep repairs moving, and get customers back on the road.
If you have experience in automotive parts, inventory control, shipping and receiving, or a similar field, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do

Receive and check deliveries: Match incoming parts to purchase orders, verify quantities, and report damaged or incorrect items.

Keep inventory organized: Stock shelves, label parts, and maintain a clean, safe parts storage area.

Maintain accurate records: Enter received and issued parts into the inventory system and investigate discrepancies.

Support the service team: Help technicians, service advisors, and other team members locate and obtain needed parts.

Help manage orders: Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment, special orders, returns, and exchanges.

Count and verify inventory: Perform regular physical counts and assist with inventory audits.

Provide helpful service: Answer parts availability questions and help track orders for internal teams and customers.
