Maintenance Technician – Part-Time

Requirements:

- Maintain the building and grounds to create a clean, safe, and welcoming community.

- Complete general repairs, including light electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC tasks within your experience.

- Handle drywall repairs, painting, and routine upkeep.

- Perform minor repairs on appliances and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies.

- Help protect the property during inclement weather, including snow removal, salting, and responding to weather-related maintenance concerns.

- Store chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and keep work areas organized.

- Communicate maintenance needs and concerns to community leadership.

- Carry a cell phone and participate in on-call coverage as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Hands-on maintenance or handyman experience, with knowledge of at least two trades such as carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, or HVAC.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks.

- A friendly, respectful attitude when working around residents, families, and coworkers.

- Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

- Evening and weekend availability, with on-call availability as needed.
