Direct Support Professional (DSP)-ASLEEP
Location: Prairie Du Chien, Wi

Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly ($15.00/hr active hours from 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM | $9.00/hr sleep hours from 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM)
Pay:Starting at $9.00/hr. during sleep times (6 hours per night) & $15/hr. for NON-SLEEP hours +Daily Pay option

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.
Implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).
Administer medications and accurately log daily progress in electronic health records.
Encourage personal choice, community involvement, and recreational activities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Age 18+, High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, caregiver background check, basic computer skills
