Are you friendly, professional, and passionate about creating a positive experience for others? The Legacy at North Augusta is seeking a PRN Concierge to join our team and provide exceptional service to residents, families, guests, and team members.
As a Concierge, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces people see when they enter our community. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment while providing outstanding customer service and supporting the day-to-day needs of the front desk.
Pay Range: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour (Final offer based on experience, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications)
Schedule: PRN | Any Shift
What You’ll Do
- Warmly greet residents, families, visitors, and guests
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Assist residents and visitors with questions and general information
- Monitor the reception area and help maintain a welcoming environment
- Support administrative and front-desk responsibilities as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members across the community
- Provide attentive, courteous, and resident-focused service
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Dependability and flexibility to work PRN across any shift
- Previous concierge, receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience is a plus
- Ability to read and speak English
