Caregiver / CNA / PCA – Evening & Overnight Shifts

Requirements:

- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.

- Provide support with mobility and transfers according to individualized care plans.

- Help residents with evening routines or overnight needs, depending on your shift.

- Respond promptly to requests for assistance and report changes in residents’ condition.

- Offer companionship while promoting residents’ dignity, comfort, and independence.

- Communicate clearly with nurses, medication aides, teammates, and the incoming shift.

- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

Qualifications:

- Caregiver, CNA, PCA, assisted living, senior living, or related experience preferred.

- A compassionate, respectful approach to working with older adults.

- Dependability and strong attention to residents’ needs.

- Clear communication skills and a willingness to support your teammates.

- A commitment to providing attentive, quality care throughout your shift.

Shifts:

- Evening: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

- Overnight: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

- Full Time

- Every other weekend required.
