Front Desk Agent Overnight

What You'll Do- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Process room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform nightly audit functions, balancing daily transactions and completing required reports.
- Prepare and transmit daily accounting and financial reports for management review.
- Respond promptly to guest questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and ensure guest satisfaction through appropriate service recovery.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to communicate guest needs and operational updates.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information and hotel assets.
- Assist with special requests and perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For- Minimum of one year of customer service, hospitality, front desk, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand and move throughout the front office for extended periods.
- Ability to lift or carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate computers, keyboards, telephones, and other office equipment.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and maintain accurate records.
Schedule Requirements- Must be available to work overnight shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as business needs require.
