Position SummaryThe Senior On-Site Service Specialist is responsible for supporting daily onsite delivery, courier, and mail service operations. This role requires a dependable, customer-focused professional who can safely and efficiently transport mail, packages, and materials while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to safe driving practices, and the ability to provide professional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick up, transport, and deliver mail, packages, and other materials to designated locations.
- Operate assigned vehicles safely and in accordance with established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Complete scheduled delivery routes accurately and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and prepare mail and packages for distribution as needed.
- Ensure materials are delivered to the appropriate location or recipient in a timely manner.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during daily interactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to deliveries and service activities.
- Follow established site procedures, operational standards, and safety requirements.
- Assist with general onsite mailroom and service support responsibilities as needed.
- Perform additional duties based on business and operational needs.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in delivery, courier, mailroom, shipping/receiving, or a related service environment preferred.
- Strong driving and safety awareness.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite, team-oriented environment.
Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a delivery, courier, logistics, or mail services environment is preferred. Experience with organizations such as FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or similar delivery/service operations may be transferable to this position.
