The Casino Bar back is responsible for supporting bartenders with all back-of-house bar operations. Responsible for basic prep and stock work for bar and beverage areas to ensure bars remain fully stocked, clean, organized, and prepared for high-volume service.
- Responsible for stocking bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products all other products required in the day-to-day operation.
- Assists bartenders prepare and serve beverages according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous bar experience a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced physically demanding environment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid state gaming license.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to push, pull, twist and lift up to 50lbs.
- Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
