ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a Series A AI company as a Business Recruiter, driving full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions. You will partner with recruiting leadership and executives to bring in talent that supports the company's growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market roles, from sourcing through offer close.
- Build proactive pipelines across finance, consulting, private equity, and technology talent pools.
- Partner with recruiting leadership and executives to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.
- Improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer processes.
- Track recruiting funnel metrics and use conversion data to refine your approach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 4 to 7 or more years preferred, across both agency and in-house environments.
- Experience owning full-cycle searches from sourcing through close, including at a high-growth startup.
- Experience building pipelines for finance, consulting, private equity, or operationally rigorous business roles.
- Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with founders and business leaders in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Ability to work on-site five days per week in San Francisco.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
