- Gross Rate up to $2,739 per week

- Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs.
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Develop, revise, and evaluate patient and family-centered plans of care.
- Execute therapy interventions using standard techniques tailored to patient needs.
- Oversee physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Drivers License preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Additional Preferences:
- 1 + years of recent experience as an Physical Therapist
