We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our Product & Tech Sweden team. In this role you will own the overarching product direction for our digital customer experience and lead our Product Owners as well as our CRO team. You will turn a collection of product teams into a coherent product system, moving our organisation away from reactive feature delivery toward evidence-based priorities and measurable business impact.
About the roleAs Lead Product Manager, you ensure that the product organisation solves the most valuable user problems in a coordinated, outcome-driven way. You stay close to the daily product reality without managing every detail. You understand operational context, keep track of roadmaps and step in to help Product Owners make tough tradeoff decisions and maintain strategic focus.
You combine empowering leadership with high standards for product craft. Whether coaching Product Owners in deep problem framing, driving growth strategy through the CRO team or actively managing performance, you raise the bar for how product decisions are made across the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Strategic Alignment
- Own and evolve the overarching product strategy for our digital customer experience, translating business goals into unified product priorities
- Drive cross-team prioritization, making clear tradeoff decisions about what to build and what to explicitly defer
- Shift product conversations from output volume to user outcomes, value creation and continuous learning
- Act as the strategic bridge between stakeholders, business leaders and tech, providing transparency around the "why" behind product direction
Team Leadership & Product Craft
- Lead, mentor and coach Product Owners into outcome-focused leaders, raising the bar on problem framing, discovery quality and metric tracking
- Lead and manage the CRO team, ensuring continuous experimentation, growth mindset and high conversion performance across all journeys
- Establish discovery principles, lean product development and A/B testing as standard practices across every team
- Manage performance, individual growth plans and career development for your direct reports
Operational Oversight & Delivery System
- Maintain close awareness of team roadmaps, release progress and discovery cycles to resolve cross-team dependencies and remove blockers
- Exercise authority to define discovery standards, establish product ways of working and resolve friction across product lines
- Balance quantitative data, market trends and qualitative user insights to validate assumptions before scaling solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leadership to ensure seamless alignment between product direction and delivery capabilities
About you- Experienced Product Leader: You bring at least 10 years of experience within digital product management, with at least 3 years of direct people management experience leading Product Owners or Product Managers.
- Master of Product Craft: You have deep expertise in modern product discovery, hypothesis testing, quantitative research and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Systemic Thinker: You look beyond individual feature requests to build a scalable product system aligned with long term business goals.
- Operational & Present: You stay close to the product flow, understand sprint dynamics and support your team through both high performance and performance management needs.
- Decisive Communicator: You turn complexity into clarity, confidently navigating stakeholder discussions and prioritizing evidence over opinion.
