About the role

As our Marketing and Communications Lead, you will play a key role in developing and delivering integrated marketing and communications initiatives that support EPSA's customer, commercial and growth objectives.

Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product Support, Rental Solutions, Operations and Customer Experience, you'll transform business priorities into impactful campaigns, communications and brand initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and support commercial success.

From leading integrated campaigns and corporate communications to providing trusted marketing advice and managing agency partners, you'll help shape how EPSA connects with customers, employees and industry partners across Australia. This role will be based in Mulgrave VIC with hybrid working.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to!):

- Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns aligned to customer, commercial and growth objectives.

- Leading corporate, internal and external communications across multiple channels and audiences.

- Providing marketing and communications advice to business leaders and key stakeholders.

- Ensuring consistent application of the EPSA and Caterpillar brands across all customer and employee touchpoints.

- Coordinating agency, supplier and partner relationships to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.

- Managing campaign performance, reporting, budgets and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Translating complex business priorities into clear, engaging and commercially relevant content.

- Contributing to annual marketing planning and execution across multiple business units

What you’ll bring

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability and enjoys partnering with stakeholders across a complex and fast-moving business.

Required

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

- Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, brand or integrated campaign roles within a B2B environment.

- Strong experience developing and delivering integrated campaigns and communications programs.

- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.

- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects and campaign budgets simultaneously.

- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

- Full Australian working rights.

Highly regarded

- Experience within industrial, energy, engineering, equipment, technology or other complex B2B sectors.

- Experience working with agency partners and external suppliers.

- Knowledge of digital marketing, campaign analytics and performance reporting.

- Professional development or industry qualifications in marketing, communications, digital marketing or brand management.
