It involves market and competitor analysis, business performance evaluation, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are achieved effectively.
- Develop business plans and long-term growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Align departmental objectives and operational plans with the overall corporate vision.
- Define, monitor, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Analyze business performance and recommend necessary adjustments to strategies and plans.

Qualifications
