Head of Growth / Senior Growth Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead growth across demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement at a remote-first B2B software company. You will own the full funnel, from campaign strategy through closed-won, and build the systems and reporting that help the business scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan and run integrated campaigns for product launches and other key market moments, with a focus on pipeline.
- Build and optimize demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels, measuring performance through closed-won.
- Manage an industry awards program and activate community opportunities for distribution and brand building.
- Grow a micro-influencer program through partnerships with industry practitioners, investors, and software operators.
- Build and automate growth workflows connecting CRM, product data, and marketing channels, using AI tools to reduce manual work and documenting workflows for team reuse.
- Set up tracking and reporting so the team can understand what drives results.
- Develop product positioning, launch plans, customer stories, newsletters, website updates, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams across content, SEO, partnerships, design, and sales.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Six to eight years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in B2B software, with ownership of content, growth, or demand generation.
- A track record of demand generation or content programs that generate measurable pipeline.
- Technical fluency with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools, data, and CMS platforms such as Framer or Webflow.
- Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools; familiarity with Claude workflows, skills, and plugins is preferred.
- Experience in product-led growth, referral, or word-of-mouth programs, plus SEO or generative engine optimization.
- Strong English writing and copywriting, excellent design judgment, and the ability to work autonomously and discuss technical topics with engineering.
