Job Description
Visa is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead strategy, modernization, commercialization, and growth across the Access portfolio.
The Access portfolio enables issuers, acquirers, processors, fintechs, gateways, technology partners, and developers to connect securely and reliably to Visa services, domestic rails, non-Visa schemes, and value-added services through scalable connectivity, integration, and onboarding capabilities.
This leader will define and execute a multi-year portfolio strategy focused on simplifying connectivity, reducing onboarding and implementation friction, modernizing legacy access capabilities, expanding scheme-agnostic reach, and accelerating adoption of strategic platform investments.
The successful candidate will establish portfolio priorities, investment strategies, roadmaps, migration plans, and commercialization approaches that improve both client outcomes and business performance while ensuring Access remains a resilient, scalable, and strategically differentiated platform.
The role partners closely with Technology, Architecture, Operations, Regional Product, Client Services, and Commercial teams to translate strategy into measurable growth, adoption, resiliency, and platform performance outcomes.
Why This Role Matters
Access is one of the foundational portfolios within Network Products and serves as the gateway through which clients connect to Visa capabilities.

This role will help shape how Access evolves to:

- Expand API-first and cloud-based integration models
- Support localized and scheme-agnostic access strategies
- Accelerate adoption of Visa services and value-added capabilities
- Improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Enable future growth through reusable platform capabilities
