You’ll work with financial advisers, clients and other industry professionals, helping resolve enquiries and deliver a great client experience across phone, email and chat.

What you’ll be doing

- Be a key point of contact for advisers and clients across phone, email and chat.

- Build strong relationships with advisers, clients and internal teams.

- Investigate enquiries, solve problems and explain information clearly and confidently.

- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

- Identify and escalate complaints, risks or complex matters appropriately.
