Your RoleAs a member of our Bar Team, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent service and ensuring guests enjoy a fantastic hospitality experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
🍸 Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
🍾 Providing friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
🥂 Serving wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and draught products confidently and efficiently.
💷 Handling customer transactions and operating till systems accurately.
📦 Replenishing stock and maintaining clean, organised bar areas.
✨ Ensuring bars, glassware, and service areas are presented to a high standard.
😊 Building positive relationships with customers and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
🏃 Working efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining excellent service standards.
🧹 Following all licensing, food hygiene, health and safety, and venue procedures.
What We're Looking For✔ Previous bar experience within hotels, restaurants, pubs, cocktail bars, events, or similar hospitality environments.
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✔ A professional appearance, friendly personality, and positive attitude.
✔ Confidence working in fast-paced environments.
✔ Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
✔ Good knowledge of drinks, bar service, and hospitality standards.
✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy event periods.
✔ Your own reliable transport to and from shifts is essential, as some venues may not be accessible by public transport, particularly during early starts or late finishes.
