Associate Systems Analyst

AUD 70 to 80 a year
Salary: $70 - $80 p.h.
Associate Systems Analyst- Location: Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane or Adelaide
- Contract: Up to 12 months, with extension options up to a further 24 months
- Working arrangements: Onsite for the first six weeks, with hybrid arrangements considered afterwards
- Security: Must be able to obtain a Baseline clearance
We're looking for an Associate Systems Analyst to help translate business needs into technical requirements and support improvements to applications and systems.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and support software and interface design.
- Work with business users, developers and testers to deliver system changes.
- Support test planning, execution and reviews.
- Investigate issues and maintain clear technical documentation.
What we're looking for
- Experience gathering, prioritising and managing requirements.
- Experience contributing to software or component design, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in an Agile environment.
- Exposure to feasibility assessments or user experience evaluation would be beneficial.
- Government experience is highly desireable
