Your Role
- Support Strategic Programs & Negotiations in taking AI usage to the next level
- Identify and implement AI and automation potential in the daily workflows of our team
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Build intelligent workflows and automations with Microsoft Power Automate
- Create best practices, templates, and training materials for productive use of AI
- Take autonomous responsibility for pilot projects with measurable productivity benefits
- Support strategic programs through data-driven analyses and AI-assisted evaluations
- Collaborate closely with area management and internal experts
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a comparable quantitatively technical program
- Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital transformation
- Demonstrable practical experience with generative AI and the development of AI solutions, agents, and automation workflows, especially with Copilot Studio and Power Automate
- Affinity for digital tools and new ways of working
- Strong analytical skills, a structured and independent work style
- High initiative and enjoyment in bringing ideas to implementation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German and English proficiency
