- Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse, following clinical protocols to improve patient safety, quality outcomes, and overall patient experiences.
- Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR systems, and communicate updates to support timely patient care decisions.
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination, efficient treatment plans, and positive patient outcomes.
- Assess discharge planning needs and perform nursing interventions in compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):- Certified BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Certified Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
