Summary: Personal Loans Manager is responsible for the management and leadership of the Store Loans program by overseeing and driving daily Loan performance; maintaining service and operational standards; supervising, coaching, counseling, and training; ensure adequate staffing; providing superior customer service; aim to maximize profits while minimizing cost; and other similar duties pertaining to management of the Branch Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- All routine computer functions
- Outside collections
- Skip tracing
- Reporting
- Handling bank business
- Telephone and mail solicitation
- Customer relations
- Attend training meeting
- Setting daily projections in order to meet branch quotas
- Study all training materials
- Promote profits and growth
- Solicitation inside & outside the branch office.
- Demonstrating loan judgment (approving loans) by applying company criteria to loan applications
- Computer maintenance with support only
- Telephone collections
- Filing
- Handling mail
- Use of collection letter series
- Control and organization of all collection work
- Employee motivation and training
- Routine office maintenance and cleaning
- Promote good employee relations
- Application taking and processing
- Supervision of branch personnel
- Promote a positive image for the company and the industry in your area.
- UPDATE customer’s information on every payment, renewal, phone contact.
- All proper work sheets are being complete correctly.
- Verifying all personnel work has been completed before the end of business day.
- Multitasking.
- Supports District manager as necessary.

Job Requirement
LOCATION WILL BE IN THE RGV AREA - NOT ADDRESS LISTED
- Proven working experience as a loan officer.
- Familiarity with computers and loans applications/software.
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Schedule flexibility including weekends.
- Personal reliable transportation.
