As we accelerate growth in North America, we are building a focused commercial team capable of winning complex enterprise opportunities and developing long-term strategic relationships.
The Enterprise Sales Development Representative is responsible for creating a qualified enterprise pipeline by developing relationships with executive decision makers, executing account based prospecting strategies, and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success.
Main Responsibilities💻- Own and develop a meeting pipeline of named enterprise accounts across North America.
- Research target organizations, map buying committees, and identify decision-makers, influencers, champions, and potential blockers.
- Build relationships with executive and functional stakeholders across Operations, Culinary, Nutrition, Food Safety, IT, Procurement, Compliance, Innovation, Sustainability, and Supply Chain.
- Execute thoughtful, account-based prospecting using phone, email, LinkedIn, Apollo, referrals, events, partner introductions, and other relevant channels.
- Use AI-assisted research and modern sales engagement tools to improve account intelligence, outreach relevance, and prospecting efficiency.
- Generate qualified discovery meetings and enterprise opportunities that align with Nutritics’ ideal customer profile and business priorities.
- Partner with Account Executives and North American leadership on account strategy, opportunity planning, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
- Leverage Nutritics’ strategic technology, channel, and industry relationships to accelerate enterprise engagement and create partner-sourced opportunities.
- Represent Nutritics professionally at conferences, customer meetings, partner events, and industry functions.
- Maintain excellent Salesforce hygiene, account plans, MEDDICC documentation, customer intelligence, and next-step discipline.
- Apply MEDDICC principles throughout qualification and opportunity development.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success to coordinate campaigns, insights, content, and strategic outreach.
- Continuously build product, industry, and competitive knowledge and communicate.

- Experience in business development, consultative sales, partnerships, enterprise prospecting, or a related commercial role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated curiosity, business acumen, coachability, persistence, and sound judgment.
- Excellent organization, preparation, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- CRM proficiency, with Salesforce experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and use Apollo, LinkedIn, AI-assisted research, and modern sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with a global team.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Preferred Experience- Experience in foodservice, restaurant technology, hospitality, healthcare, higher education, contract catering, nutrition, or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience navigating complex buying committees or multi-location organizations.
- Experience representing a company at conferences, customer meetings, or industry events.

Compensation Range 💰Nutritics provides a range for base pay. Where you sit within it depends on factors including your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education and training, location, and the scope of the role.
Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year
OTE: $78,750 – $105,000 per year (base + commission)

Location and Hours of Work🌍
Our weekly hours of work are 40 covering Monday to Friday. Remote (US based, with a strong preference for candidates based in or near Boston, MA).
