The Role
The Role
As a Customer Technology Advisor in Digital Workplace Services, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients, helping them design, transform, and optimize their modern workplace environments. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring clients leverage cutting-edge workplace technologies effectively.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for client Digital Workplace Services strategies and deployments.
- Collaborate with client executives and IT stakeholders to define digital workplace roadmaps and architectures.
- Assess current workplace technology environments and identify opportunities for transformation and automation.
- Design solutions around endpoint management, digital employee experience (DEX), and collaboration tools.
- Guide clients through adoption of modern management tools (Microsoft 365, Intune, Virtual Desktops).
- Partner with sales, delivery, and architecture teams to develop comprehensive technical proposals.
- Provide thought leadership and stay informed on emerging workplace trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Technology Advisor, Solution Architect, or Consultant in Digital Workplace solutions.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), and Intune administration/architecture.
- Strong knowledge of modern endpoint management, VDI/AVD solutions, and identity management (Azure AD/Entra ID).
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and strategic roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and client-facing advisory skills with senior technical and business leaders.
- Experience driving digital workplace transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent.
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms (e.g., Nexthink, 1E, Lakeside).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and agile delivery methodologies in IT service management.
- Background in pre-sales consulting and solution proposal design.
