What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in how we communicate with employees, members, and the communities we serve. From executive messaging and internal campaigns to member communications and content creation, you'll help ensure every message is thoughtful, authentic, and impactful.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and leading internal communication strategies and campaigns
- Creating content that informs, inspires, and engages employees
- Writing executive communications, presentations, and leadership messaging
- Supporting marketing initiatives with persuasive member-focused copy that drives the reader to action
- Developing blog, website, and digital content that strengthens our brand, increases membership and deposits
- Collaborating with partners on public relations and social media efforts
- Managing communication calendars and content plans
- Measuring engagement and identifying opportunities to improve communication effectiveness
- Serving as a trusted communications partner to leaders across the organization
