- Managing guest amenities for the rooms assigned to her
- Maintaining and replenishing housekeeping pantries
- Working closely and communicating effectively with the various hotel departments, including Laundry/Linen, Front Office, Concierge, Room Service and Florist
- Working closely and communicating effectively with the Floor Supervisors and the Executive Housekeeper
- Welcoming and interacting with guests in accordance with the hospitality standards of a five-star hotel and the expectations of the Mandarin Oriental Group
