Property Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded professional to oversee the daily operations of residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will help ensure each property is well maintained, financially sound, and provides a positive experience for residents, tenants, and owners.
Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and upkeep.
- Build positive relationships with tenants, residents, owners, vendors, and contractors.
- Manage lease administration, including renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy tracking.
- Respond promptly to tenant concerns, service requests, and emergency situations.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and capital improvement projects.
- Monitor budgets, operating expenses, rent collection, and delinquency follow-up.
- Prepare and review reports related to property performance, vacancies, and financial results.
- Ensure compliance with applicable housing laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Supervise on-site staff or third-party service providers as needed.
- Support leasing efforts, including property tours, marketing coordination, and tenant retention initiatives.
Qualifications - Previous experience in property management, real estate, facilities management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of lease agreements, maintenance coordination, and property operations.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications is preferred.
- Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting is a plus.
- Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
