We are currently seeking a Proposal Manager to work full-time in one of our EnSafe offices in: Jacksonville, FL; Pensacola, FL; Tampa, FL; or Titusville, FL. - Will also consider candidates who can work in: Atlanta, GA; Charleston, SC; Cincinnati, OH; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Huntsville, AL; Jackson, MS; Knoxville, TN; or Nashville, TN.

As a Proposal Manager, you will lead and coordinate the development of high-quality proposals and qualification packages for federal, state, local, and commercial clients in an environment that fosters creativity and collaboration at all levels. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
- Develop proposal schedules and manage multiple concurrent pursuits to meet deadlines.
- Lead kickoff meetings, review meetings, and proposal strategy discussions.
- Coordinate proposal teams, assign responsibilities, and track deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical staff to develop compelling, client-focused content.
- Write, edit, and refine project descriptions, resumes, technical narratives, and other proposal materials.
- Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements, submission instructions, and deadlines.
- Incorporate review comments and feedback while maintaining quality, consistency, and EnSafe brand standards.
- Support the development and maintenance of proposal content libraries and marketing materials.
- Communicate complex technical concepts through clear, concise, and persuasive writing.
- Partner with business development and technical teams to support strategic pursuits and client opportunities.
- Utilize AI tools, including ChatGPT and similar technologies, to enhance proposal development and content creation efficiency.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of proposal management, marketing, or business development experience supporting Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) organizations.
- Experience developing proposals for engineering, environmental, architectural, or consulting services projects.
- Experience managing complex federal and commercial proposals.
- Familiarity with and practical application of the Shipley Proposal Development and Review Process.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document development skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling proposal content.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience utilizing AI tools, including ChatGPT and similar technologies, to support proposal development and content creation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working within a consulting firm.
- Technical writing experience, including development of technical narratives, reports, project descriptions, and qualifications packages.
- Graphic design and layout experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
